Welcome to Frimo Wild Adventures! We are committed to providing you with exceptional travel experiences across East Africa. Before booking your safari, please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By making a reservation with us, you agree to the following terms.
1. Payment Terms
To confirm your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total quoted amount is required. The remaining balance must be cleared at least one week before departure if paid by card or settled in cash upon arrival before the safari begins.
Accepted Payment Methods
Bank Transfer – Bank details will be provided upon request.
PesaPal Link – A secure online payment option.
Note: We accept USD only for all payments. Clients are responsible for any applicable transaction fees.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that travel plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. However, cancellations may attract the following charges based on the timing of the request:
45 days or more before departure – No cancellation fee. Full refund issued.
44–30 days before departure – 20% of the total amount will be charged.
29–14 days before departure – 50% of the total amount will be charged.
13–0 days before departure – 100% of the total amount will be charged (no refund).
Important: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 30 working days.
3. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)
Frimo Wild Adventures shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, changes, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Acts of war or insurrection
Terrorism or political unrest
Labour disputes or strikes
Government laws or regulations
Epidemics, pandemics, or other public health emergencies
Natural disasters or any other unforeseen circumstances
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Our goal is to make your safari experience as seamless and memorable as possible. If you have any questions or require clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us.
4. Safari Vehicles & Game Drives
We provide two types of safari vehicles to ensure comfort and an unforgettable wildlife experience:
4×4 Toyota Land Cruiser – Ideal for off-road adventures, featuring high ground clearance and a pop-up roof for exceptional wildlife viewing.
Safari Tour Van – A comfortable, budget-friendly option equipped with a pop-up roof for excellent game viewing.
Important: Vehicles are assigned according to your booking preference and availability. We maintain our fleet to high standards; however, due to the rugged nature of safari terrain, occasional minor mechanical issues may occur. Should this happen, our team will resolve the situation as quickly as possible with minimal disruption to your safari.
5. Drinking Water Policy
We provide unlimited drinking water during game drives to keep you hydrated throughout your safari.
Please note:
Some lodges and camps do not include bottled drinking water in their full-board packages.
If your itinerary states “drinking water included,” this refers only to the water provided during game drives and not at accommodation facilities.
6. Law & Jurisdiction
All safaris and travel services provided by Frimo Wild Adventures are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
Note: Clients are responsible for complying with all visa requirements, immigration regulations, health requirements, and local laws of the countries visited during their safari.
7. Issues & Complaints Resolution
At Frimo Wild Adventures, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service. If you experience any dissatisfaction during your safari, we kindly request that you:
Report the issue immediately to your Tour Manager or Travel Consultant in writing via email or WhatsApp so that it can be addressed promptly.
If the issue remains unresolved, submit a formal written complaint within 30 days after the completion of your safari.
Complaints involving compensation or refunds will be thoroughly investigated and responded to within 30 working days.
Where compensation is deemed appropriate, payment will be processed within 30 working days after the complaint has been resolved.
Important: Complaints submitted after the safari without giving our team an opportunity to resolve the issue during the trip may not be eligible for consideration.
8. Insurance
For your safety and peace of mind, we have partnered with AMREF to offer emergency medical evacuation insurance at a cost of USD 20 per person.
This insurance covers emergency transportation in the event of a medical emergency while on safari. Depending on the severity of the situation and your location, either a ground ambulance or an emergency medical evacuation flight will be dispatched to provide assistance.

By booking a safari with Frimo Wild Adventures, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
